Can we buy just one service?
Yes. Most clients start with an audit or a single project, and some move to a monthly retainer afterwards.
What's the difference between DevOps as a service and SRE?
DevOps as a service covers building and maintaining your delivery platform. SRE adds 24/7 on-call, SLOs and incident response.
Can you take over from another vendor or a departing engineer?
Yes. We start with an audit, document what exists, and take over on-call only after the runbooks and alerts are in place.
Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
Both. What matters is that you run production systems that need to stay up.
